Hair Bookings Guidance

**GOOD NEWS**

We are reopening our **HAIR SALON** We hope you and your family and friends are safe and well. We are pleased to let you know that we will be opening our Hair Salon for business again on Monday 13th of July 2020 from 10am until 5pm. We are still waiting on Government Approval to open the beauty salon.


Making an appointment To help with social distancing, please phone us if you would like to make a HAIR appointment. We will not be taking online bookings or requests over email / messenger.  Our lines will be open ***Monday 29th from 2pm until 5pm, Monday 6th of July 11am until 4pm, Wednesday 8th 12pm until 4pm** call 0161 300 6835 Please bear with us as we try to get everyone booked in. Our phone lines will be busy. You can select the call back feature on your phone. We will ONLY be taking HAIR bookings for the period 13th to 31st of July. All appointments will need to be booked and paid for at the time of booking. Hair colours will require a £50 deposit - the rest will be payable on the day. If you have a Gift Voucher this will be redeemed over the phone when booking.

 **A £3 supplement will be added to all services to accommodate for PPE, disposable capes, sanitizer, masks, staff PPE which will need to be changed after every client, and extra time allowing between appointments to clean working areas**  Extra health & safety measures we are taking:

  1. Our team will greet you without close contact 

  2. On arrival, you will be asked to wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitiser. We will provide these facilities.

  3. Our team is following strict hygiene guidelines and we ask you to do the same – please place any used paper towels and tissues straight in the bin after use. Sanitize or wash your hands after coughing or sneezing. 

  4. There will be no magazines or newspapers to share between clients. If you would like to bring your own you're more than welcome to.

  5. Team members will be sanitizing all stations, door handles and bathrooms regularly.

  6. Team members will be washing their hands thoroughly between clients and appointments.

  7. We ask you not to touch any of our retail products unless you are definitely purchasing the item. 

  8. Please pay with a card (preferably contactless) NO CASH payments for any remaining hair colour charges and any retail products.

  9. Please place your coat on our coat stand

  10. Our creche will not be open for the time being. If you need to bring any children with you please speak to reception when booking your appointment. Older children are welcome to use our booth area. Babies are welcome to stay with you, we can provide a high chair or bouncer. Please let us know when booking if you will need to bring any children.

  11. All clients will be expected to wear a mask for the duration of your appointment. You can wear your own mask or we can supply one. 

  12. We are unable to serve hot drinks. There will be a water dispenser and packaged biscuits for you to help yourself

  13. ONLY 1 Client allowed at the backwash at any one time. Every other space will need to be kept free between clients - please do not let children sit on them. They are welcome to use our booth areas.
